Birthday Party Packages

Always book for the number of climbers you are inviting, in case they all rsvp “yes.”  You will only be required to pay a deposit on your booking and can reduce the total number of climbers once you confirm attendance but may not be able to increase your booking due to limited climbing capacity.  There is no penalty to reduce your booking up to 24 hours prior to the booking, at which time the balance will be due.

Typical party timetable: (EXAMPLE)

Booking Time: 1:00pm- You & your guests will need to arrive at 12:45pm.  This is to ensure the party guests arrive on time without delay to your party climb!

Briefing Time: 1:00pm-1:15pm- This is a safety brief that all climbers must participate in, alongside getting fitted for a climbing harness. Parents are encouraged to attend safety briefings with their children.

Climbing Time: 1:15pm-2:15pm (1 Hour)

Party Room: 2:15pm-3:00pm (4:00pm for extra-time package)

Parties will include:

• Compostable plates (large and small), cups, cutlery and napkins
• Digital Invitations for you to give out – please download here
• Birthday boy/girl receives a VIP wristband for the leap of faith and vertical drop slide- minimum height restriction of 120 cm applies.
• Designated Climbing Instructor for your party
• Jug of tap water for the table (upon request)

• Share this link: WAIVER and your Booking ID number to parents of your attendees.

*Please Note: Food and Drink can be brought in and a refrigerator and freezer are available for use.  All the major Pizza Delivery places deliver to the Clip ‘n Climb*

Our Packages (prices include tax):

Detonator Party – $32 / climber

Minimum 6 Climbers

This package is perfect for smaller groups of minimum 6-15 climbers maximum.  1-Hour Climbing Session followed by 45 minutes in the party room.

First available party room will be selected for you out of the three party rooms available

• Ground Floor – This room is accessible but not as private as the others.  The floor is carpeted and has an open wall looking out to the climbing space.
• Upstairs #1 – Located on the mezzanine, this room is more private and can be joined with Upstairs #2 for the Skyscraper Package.
• Upstairs #2 – Located on the mezzanine, this room is more private and can be joined with Upstairs #1 for the Skyscraper Package

Skyscraper Party – $32.00 / climber

Minimum 16 Climbers

This package is perfect for larger groups of minimum 16-30 climbers maximum.  1-Hour Climbing Session followed by 45 minutes in the party in the party room.

Party room available

• Grand Mezzanine – This room is located on the mezzanine and is a combination of Upstairs #1 and Upstairs #2.

Cloud 9 Ultimate Party – $42.00 / climber – Not Yet Available

Minimum 30 Climbers

This package is perfect for larger groups of 30 climbers, but has much more space for parents and other family members who may wish to attend.

1-Hour Climbing Session followed by 45 minutes in the party in the party room and Mezzanine Open Space.

Party room available

• Grand Mezzanine – This room is located on the mezzanine and is a combination of Upstairs #1 and Upstairs #2 but also includes the open space on the mezzanine.
• We will restrict access to the mezzanine for your guests during your party time.

Let us take the stress away with our optional extras-

• Party Bags (mixed candies and Clip ‘n Climb carabiner keychain) – $5.00 each
• Drop Slide or Leap of Faith Experience – $4.75 each for 1 try and $6.50 each for 2 tries/same participant (on site purchase $5.25 and $7.35)
• Bottled water or Juice – $2.00 each
